In which countries can the lamps be applied?

The sold lamps are approved for all European countries. The pendant lamps are supplied with a complet wire set. The portable lamps are supplied with a EU plug that fits in all continental European countries, we will shortly also have with UK plug, please send us an e-mail or contact our Customer Service to know more.

Where can I find all the details about the individual lamps, e.g. dimensions wire length etc?

You will find the detailed informations about the lamps on each product presentation page at the very end under "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION". There you will find further on material specification, certifications etc. A lamp from Lamps4All is always CD certified, and is delivered as a complete lamp with wire, lampshold, footstand (for table and floor lamps), and is ready for assembly

When do I receive the lamp?

For Scandinavian customers we send every day, and in weekends and bank holidays we send at the first coming work day. International customers will receive their parcels with DHL and we ship out several times a week.

What are the lamps made of?

All the shades are made of the environmental friendly Polyproylene plastic that does not leave residues at disposal. We have chosen this slightly more "complicated" material that does not leave residues as opposed to many of our colleagues who use PVC. All our lamps are free of PVC.

What is the transportation cost?

We have a fair amount of shipments, and this has allowed us to get really attractive deals with our shipping partners, and therefore all prices are including delivery.

The lamps are self-assembly, are they difficult to assemble?

The shade is easy to assemble by following the included assembly instruction and without the use of tools. You have to assemble a structure of plastic parts, and on this structure you then mount the shade elements.
